Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The HR Intern will support daily HR operations, assist with recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee records, and contribute to HR projects that enhance the employee experience. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities

  • Help maintain accurate and confidential employee records

  • Assist with compliance tasks, including updating files and monitoring required documents

  • Provide administrative support such as preparing HR forms, organizing documents, and responding to routine employee inquiries

  • Support HR projects such as training initiatives, employee recognition programs, and policy updates

  • Help ensure HR processes run smoothly and align with company standards

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks

  • PILB card is required to become employed
