Job Title: Work From Home – HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Work From Home HR Recruiter who can understand the company’s hiring requirements, source candidates, screen profiles, and shortlist the right talent. This is a fully remote role that requires strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates from various job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct initial telephonic screening and schedule interviews.

Coordinate daily with the hiring manager and share status updates.

Maintain candidate databases and follow up until the position is closed.

Assist with basic HR documentation (offer coordination, joining follow-up, etc.).

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi)

Strong convincing and coordination abilities

Familiarity with job portals and MS Excel/Google Sheets

Good time management and target-oriented approach

Positive attitude with problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred

Work Details:

Job Type: Work From Home / Remote

Working Hours: Flexible or fixed shifts as per company policy

Salary Range: ₹4,000 – ₹5,000 (based on experience; incentives may apply) after 3 month salary will be increase.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
