The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with company objectives, managing recruitment and onboarding, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture that supports employee engagement and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle — from job posting and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Coordinate manpower planning with department heads to meet organizational needs.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal standards.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and communication programs.
3. HR Policy & Compliance
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
- Maintain employee records and documentation accurately and confidentially.
4. Performance Management
- Coordinate performance appraisal systems and track performance evaluations.
- Provide guidance and training to managers on performance management and employee development.
5. Compensation & Benefits
- Administer payroll coordination, leave management, and employee benefits.
- Support salary structure reviews and recommend adjustments when required.
6. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and develop annual training plans.
- Coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and performance.
7. HR Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare and present HR reports, including turnover rates, attendance, and recruitment analytics.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems (e.g., Zoho, Oracle, SAP, etc.).
