PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
The candidate must be fully involved in the administering of procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

Support the HR & Admin Manager in full spectrum of HR functions including training and development, recruitment, staff welfare, compensation and benefits and internal communications as well as accounts matters

Liaise with recruitment agencies
-
Schedule interview arrangement
-
Wholly responsible for new hires preparation including Letter of Appointment, staff card, workstation, personal file, new staff checklist etc.

Orientation to new employees
-
Monitor employees due for confirmation, prepare and submit appraisal form to respective supervisor and follow-up
-
Monitor and maintain employees’ insurance
-
Administer all employees’ attendance
-
Maintaining and ensuring all employees’ leave and medical claims record are accurate
-
Coordinates executive travel plans and other arrangements as needed
-
Attending to staff enquiries
-
Maintain personal files of employees
-
Process enrollments, changes and terminations of employees
-
Assist employees with any benefit claim issues or concerns
-
Track implementation of Performance Appraisals

Obtains visas for employees needing to travel abroad
SKILLS:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
-
Should possess reporting skills, administrative writing skills and Microsoft Office Skills
-
Should be able to manage processes, analyze information and solve problems
-
Strong organization skills and verbal communication

Strong ability to manage teams
