As the Human Resource Manager at BAMX, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's success by overseeing the full spectrum of human resource functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance the organization s human resources by developing and implementing employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Establish and conduct effective recruiting, testing, and interviewing programs, while counseling managers on candidate selection and analyzing exit interviews.
- Prepare employees for assignments through the development and execution of orientation and training programs.
- Manage a comprehensive pay plan, including conducting pay surveys, job evaluations, and preparing pay budgets.
- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers in coaching and disciplinary processes.
- Implement employee benefits programs, assess benefit needs and trends, and recommend benefit programs to management.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records.
- Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Maintain historical human resource records through the design and upkeep of a filing and retrieval system.
- Cultivate professional and technical knowledge through ongoing education, review of publications, and participation in professional societies.
- Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Manage human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Advance human resource staff job results through counseling, disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
