Role Overview

We are seeking a Contract HR Manager to lead a high-volume hiring surge for a federal-support project requiring 200–250 new team members. This role oversees the entire recruitment pipeline, builds efficient workflows, and ensures all candidates are screened, interviewed, and fully onboarded by the project start date.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full hiring pipeline for all project roles
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for qualifications and suitability
  • Conduct structured interviews for candidate finalists
  • Build and manage efficient hiring processes and automation workflows
  • Ensure compliance with documentation and onboarding requirements
  • Work closely with leadership to maintain hiring targets and timelines
  • Supervise HR Assistants and ensure workload distribution
  • Prepare weekly reports and staffing updates

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in high-volume hiring
  • Strong process-building and organizational skills
  • Experience leading small HR teams
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with onboarding and compliance requirements
