Our client, a reputable organization in Kuwait, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all Human Resources functions, ensuring compliance, structure, and strong organizational support.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and frameworks.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management cycles.
  • Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits in coordination with Finance.
  • Ensure compliance with Kuwait Labor Law and internal governance requirements.
  • Support department heads with workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Implement HR systems and ensure accurate HR data and documentation.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and strengthen workplace culture.
🔹 Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of Kuwait Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in policy development, recruitment, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications.
