Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, intern management, and basic operations support for our real estate project. This is a fast-moving startup-style environment where performance and discipline are valued.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

Source candidates for Marketing, Sales, Land Acquisition & Operations

Conduct telephonic screening

Schedule interviews

Manage job postings on Naukri, Indeed & other platforms

Maintain candidate tracker

Onboarding & Documentation

Issue offer letters and joining letters

Verify documents

Maintain employee files

Create ID cards and basic onboarding kits

Attendance & HR Admin Work

Maintain daily attendance

Update Google Sheets

Output reporting to leadership every evening

Track performance & probation periods

Office HR Operations

Support day-to-day HR administration

Coordinate with Marketing, Sales & Land teams

Assist in payroll preparation

Handle basic grievance management

Intern & Field Staff Coordination

Manage city-based interns

Assign tasks and verify completion

Report non-performance to department heads

Skills & Requirements

Graduate (BBA/MBA HR preferred but not compulsory)

Strong communication skills

Ability to handle pressure and deadlines

Basic computer & Google Sheets skills

Team management attitude

Immediate joiners preferred

Local candidates from Bardhaman/Durgapur/Katwa/Kalna preferred
