Manpower Planning

  • Ensure adequate staff in all departments.
  • Prepare annual manpower plan and manage leave approvals.

Recruitment & Selection

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: job ads, screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Prepare offer letters, collect joining documents, and conduct background checks.
  • Conduct exit interviews and maintain records.

Payroll & Performance

  • Coordinate monthly payroll and get approvals before processing.
  • Manage annual performance appraisals and probation evaluations.

Employee Relations

  • Provide counselling and disciplinary support.
  • Resolve employee issues fairly and professionally.
  • Implement HR policies, systems, and procedures.

Training & Development

  • Develop training modules and conduct training programs.
  • Maintain training records and handle employee onboarding.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Maintain positive work culture and ensure policy adherence.
  • Plan employee engagement activities and manage internal conflicts.
  • Review and update HR policies annually.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Track employee turnover and ensure HR compliance with labour laws.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Human resources management: 4 years (Required)
