Job Title: Internal HR Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai Experience Required: 2–4 Years CTC: ₹5 LPA Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Internal HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle, internal hiring, and engagement initiatives. The role requires strong coordination, decision-making, and people management skills to ensure smooth HR functioning across the organization. Key Responsibilities Hiring & Talent Acquisition Create job descriptions and manage internal hiring. Conduct HR interviews and coordinate final rounds. Handle candidate communication and onboarding follow-ups. Employee Lifecycle Management Conduct inductions and manage probation/confirmation. Maintain HR trackers, employee files & prepare HR letters. Handle exit processes and policy updates. Attendance & Payroll Inputs Monitor attendance system and share accurate payroll inputs Employee Relations & Grievances Resolve issues with confidentiality and professionalism. Employee Engagement Plan engagement activities, events, and R&R programs. Support culture-building initiatives. Training & Development Coordinate trainings and identify learning needs with managers. Facilities & Admin Support Coordinate HRMS issues (TeamNest) and manage office infrastructure. Vendor Management Maintain vendor data and coordinate with vendors (stationery, trophies, etc.). Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field. 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations/Generalist role (preferably service industry). Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws & HRMS tools. Excellent communication, problem-solving & multitasking skills. Proficient in MS Office. Perks & Benefits: Flexible working hours.
