Please don't apply if you need immediate salary. We are boot strapped and compensation will be in form of stock options for 1099 contracts initially. Experienced and organized entrepreneurial office ops admin who is building skills in accounting, human resources, and is detail oriented. This candidate will be able to manage the books, handle human resources functions and team/client onboarding, maintain data rooms, and maintain event/calendars for the CEO and other team members. This individual should also have experience working with people, above average writing skills, and be an effective communicator. Alpha Recon is a bootstrapped company and therefore comprised of entrepreneurs and very hard workers. Please note candidates for this role will be offered stock options only to start as this is an entrepreneurial position, but salary will go up with performance and company growth. Must have some book keeping experience with Quickbooks!
The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and be highly proactive with a great work ethic. Many come to Alpha Recon to learn new skills and to grow. You should be comfortable with technology, have your own computer and internet connection. You should also possess a friendly demeanor so you can effectively interact with the team, clients, and guests.
