Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources functions across the group. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance development, policy implementation, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with organizational values and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations for all business units within the group.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead talent acquisition for managerial, technical, and operational roles.
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and training programs.
• Support department heads in manpower planning and organizational development.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Drive performance management systems and annual appraisal cycles.
• Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
• Plan engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in manufacturing or diversified group companies is a plus.
