About the Role:For our client, we are seeking an experienced Manager Human Resources to oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving a positive workplace culture and ensuring that HR strategies effectively support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionLead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create role descriptions.Oversee onboarding to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.2. Employee Relations & EngagementAct as a trusted advisor and point of contact for employee relations and queries.Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.Conduct engagement surveys and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction.3. Performance ManagementDrive the performance management process and ensure alignment with organizational
goals.Support leaders in conducting appraisals and developing performance improvement plans.Promote a culture of continuous feedback and development.4. Compensation & Benefits AdministrationSupport the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs.Ensure salary structures remain competitive and aligned with market standards.Oversee payroll accuracy and compliance.5. Learning & DevelopmentIdentify training needs and deliver impactful learning programs.Evaluate training effectiveness and measure ROI.Foster continuous learning and career development initiatives.6. HR Compliance & Policy ImplementationEnsure adherence to UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.Maintain updated HR policies and employee documentation.Promote a culture of ethical and compliant workplace practices.7. HR Reporting & AnalyticsGenerate and analyze HR reports on key metrics such as turnover, recruitment, and engagement.Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management.RequirementsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.6-8 years of experience in a generalist or HR management role.Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Arabic language proficiency is a must
