Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
Implement HR policies in compliance with UAE labor laws
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
Administer payroll and benefits programs
Maintain HR records using advanced HRIS software
Coordinate training & development initiatives
Ensure legal compliance across all HR functions
Support organizational development and culture-building initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years progressive HR experience in UAE/GCC region
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law and visa processes
HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent preferred)
Tech-savvy with HRIS (Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Bayzat)
Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Bachelor s degree in HR Management or related field
Bilingual English/Arabic (strong advantage)
