What You’ll Do
- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Own onboarding/offboarding, new-hire setup, employee files, and HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems and ensure data is audit-ready.
- Be the first point of contact for employee questions, policies, and workplace support.
- Recruiting & Hiring Support
- Post roles, coordinate candidate flow, schedule interviews, and support hiring managers.
- Keep candidates informed and ensure a smooth, respectful hiring experience.
- Help refine job descriptions and hiring processes as we scale.
- Benefits, Payroll, & Compliance
- Administer benefits enrollment and serve as liaison with providers.
- Support payroll processing and ensure timekeeping accuracy.
- Maintain handbook/policies; track compliance with federal/state/local employment laws.
- Office & Facilities Management
- Run office operations: supplies, vendors, mail/shipping, and facilities coordination.
- Ensure workspaces are safe, stocked, welcoming, and efficient.
- Coordinate equipment setup and access for new hires.
- Plan occasional team meetings/events and support a positive in-office culture.
