The HR Operations Specialist is a vital role responsible for the day-to-day administration of HR processes and services. This position ensures the accuracy and efficiency of all operational tasks, providing direct support to employees and contributing to a positive workplace experience.

  • Employee lifecycle management from Onboarding to offboarding
  • HRIS Management : the primary custodians of the Human Resources Information System.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with the enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to employee benefits.
  • Payroll Support.
  • Responding to HR-related inquiries and communicating basic information to affected parties as required.
  • Support the HR team in ensuring all operational processes comply with company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.

Language Skills: Flaunt in Arabic & English
