Duties
- Assist in managing employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating resolutions.
- Support the HR team in various human resources functions, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Utilize E-verify and CHRC
- Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment labor laws to ensure compliance across all HR practices.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed to improve HR processes.
Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Spanish (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in human resources in Home Care setting (Required)
- E-verify and CHRC (Required)
- Strong understanding of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship management and employee engagement.
