Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Human Resources Representative to join our team. This role is essential in managing a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and extensive experience in human resources management systems such as ADP, Indeed, and background processing systems. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic workforce planning and organizational development within a dynamic environment.
Duties
- Lead talent acquisition efforts through sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates using ATS platforms.
- Administer employee benefits programs and manage HRIS systems such as Workday and ADP to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- Oversee employee orientation, performance management, and training & development initiatives to foster a productive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts effectively and facilitating communication across departments.
- Support change management processes and assist with organizational design and succession planning strategies.
- Conduct data collection for HR analytics related to workforce management and strategic planning efforts.
- Administer payroll processing in collaboration with payroll systems while ensuring adherence to contracts and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing HR sourcing activities and social media management for employer branding.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management with familiarity in HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, ADP, or similar systems.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and HR compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle conflict management and employee relations professionally.
- Demonstrated project management skills with experience in training & development programs, organizational design, and strategic workforce planning.
- Proficiency in data entry, data collection, recruiting tools, and social media management for recruitment purposes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred; professional HR certifications are a plus.
