Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and candidate requirements.
  • Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, etc.).
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and follow up on feedback.
  • Manage and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking systems.
  • Prepare and send job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate onboarding processes.
  • Support Saudization initiatives and ensure compliance with localization quotas.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Participate in career fairs and local recruitment events.
  • Generate recruitment reports and KPIs as needed.
Skills

Requirements:

  • Saudi National (as per company Saudization goals).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Knowledge ofSaudilabourlaws and hiring regulations.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.
  • Fluent inArabic and English
