🔹 About the Role

Ömer Istanbul Dental Center is looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our growing team. This role requires hands-on experience in HR processes within the healthcare tourism sector and will play a key part in recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes : job posting, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, offer preparation
• Oversee onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
• Maintain and update personnel files, contracts, attendance records, SGK processes, and HR documentation
• Support performance evaluation processes and probation period follow-ups
• Plan and coordinate training & development programs
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and HR standards are applied consistently
• Prepare and present regular HR reports to management
• Provide support to all departments on HR-related matters
• Contribute to positive employee relations and workplace culture

🔹 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology , or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience
• Mandatory healthcare tourism experience (dental tourism experience is a strong plus)
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Zoho CRM, SAP, or M-Files is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and analytical thinking abilities
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Professional command of English ; additional languages are a plus
