We are seeking dedicated and proactive Human Resources Specialists to join our project sites in Tabuk and Jeddah. The ideal candidates will support daily HR operations and ensure effective coordination between the site teams and the Head Office.

  • Handle recruitment activities, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing coordination, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations and provide support for site-level HR inquiries.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and personnel files.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by collecting and verifying required data.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and Saudi labor regulations.
  • Coordinate training, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and communicate updates to the Head Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in project-based environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and Saudi Labor Law (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to relocate or work onsite in Tabuk or Jeddah.
