Human Resources Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Job Summary:
Serves as the key consultant, coach and critical partner in the recruiting, hiring, placement and job growth of the OAISD talent for all positions. Works with hiring managers to identify and place talent, facilitate the onboarding process, and retain employees. Analyzes and forecasts employment trends. Builds and maintains relationships with outside partners and builds talent pipeline.
Essential Job Functions:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, Management or a related field combined with one year progressively responsible experience in employee recruitment and selection, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Experience in the education sector is valued.

Compensation and Details:
· Pay: $68,800-$86,000
· Schedule: Full-time, Year-Round, 261 days per year.
· Employee Group: Non-union salary
· Benefits: Full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. MPSERS provided retirement plan.
· FLSA: Non-exempt
