HVAC Dispatcher: Rx Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning

RX Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning is expanding, and we’re looking for a high-energy, strong-voiced, articulate HVAC Dispatcher to become the first point of contact for our customers. This role is designed to stabilize customer flow, prevent dropped details, and free up leadership to focus on higher-level work.

About the Role

We need someone who can take ownership of customer communication from the first call through scheduling and follow-up, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

You’ll be the hub between customers, field techs, and leadership, enabling leadership to stay focused on the business.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound calls
• Deliver a strong, confident, passionate phone presence
• Communicate clearly using industry-appropriate HVAC terminology
• Review and update customer information in the CRM
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate dispatching
• Follow up with customers to ensure completion, satisfaction, and next steps
• Route calls appropriately to leadership when needed
• Reduce administrative load on the field and leadership through proactive communication
• And all other tasks assigned

What You Bring

• A naturally strong, clear, articulate speaking voice
• Confidence and composure during busy call periods
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Mechanically inclined, comfortable learning how HVAC systems work
• No HVAC experience necessary but preferred
• High attention to detail with scheduling and follow-up
• Comfortable managing customer expectations and technician coordination
• Experience in dispatching, customer care, or the trades preferred
• Ownership mindset and reliability
