HVAC Engineer

• System Design: Designing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Load Calculations: Performing load calculations to determine the heating and cooling requirements for different spaces.
• Energy Efficiency: Evaluating and implementing energy-efficient solutions and technologies to optimize system performance and reduce operational costs.
• Installation Oversight: Overseeing the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring they are executed according to specifications and standards.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Developing maintenance schedules, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Project Management: Managing HVAC projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with other contractors and stakeholders.
• Technical Documentation: Preparing technical specifications, drawings, and reports, as well as maintaining accurate records of system performance and maintenance.
• Client Interaction: Communicating with clients to assess their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Regulatory Compliance: Staying updated on local regulations and industry standards to ensure all designs and installations comply.
• Training and Support: Providing training and support to technicians and other staff regarding HVAC systems and technologies.
• Experience: 2-4 years in UAE required.
