Mandatory Requirements (You must meet all to apply):

  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC sales within the UAE market
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems, equipment selection, design concepts, and retrofitting solutions
  • Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, technical presentations, and client-specific solutions
  • Experience handling customer inquiries, sales negotiations, and project handovers

Job Description:

We are hiring an HVAC Sales Engineer to lead business development, generate new opportunities, and support clients across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, proposing HVAC solutions, preparing commercial bids, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and the project execution team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders
  • Conduct site surveys to assess requirements and suggest suitable HVAC solutions
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to finalize project proposals
  • Present technical solutions and product benefits to customers
  • Support pricing, cost estimation, and material selection based on project scope
  • Follow up on ongoing quotations, negotiations, and purchase orders
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management
  • Track and update leads, opportunities, and sales activities using internal tools and mobile apps

Recruitment Process:

  • Attend an in-person discussion at our Dubai office
  • Be evaluated on communication skills, industry knowledge, and sales approach

Monday to Friday

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (includes 1-hour break)
