HVAC Service Technician – $30–$40/hr + Weekly Training + Company Vehicle

Pay & Schedule

• $30–$40/hour based on experience
• Additional earnings through SPIFF bonuses
• Monday–Friday schedule, with overtime and weekends as needed

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and system evaluations
• Educate customers on repair options, system performance, and maintenance needs
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
• Communicate with dispatch to ensure efficient routing and job updates
• Drive company vehicle safely between jobs

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and interpret blueprints
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of sheet metal practices and air balancing
• Willingness to obtain NATE certification within one year
