HVAC Technician – Maintenance & Emergency Support L3

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to carry out daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency support for various HVAC and MEP systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to respond quickly to urgent situations to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, high-quality preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for HVAC systems.
• Respond to contingencies and equipment malfunctions to restore system operations efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and repair systems including FCU, AHU, FAHU, SAC, WAC, Extract Fans, Package Units, Pumps, Motors, VAVs, and water leak detection systems.
• Perform routine inspections of HVAC & MEP facilities to identify potential failures and ensure continuous functionality.
• Update and maintain all technical logs, maintenance records, and system databases.
• Request tools, equipment, and materials required for maintenance tasks to ensure availability and smooth operations.
• Attend emergency call-outs (24/7 availability required) to address urgent safety or operational issues.
• Perform maintenance and repairs of Split AC, Package AC, Window AC, CRAH, and CRAC units.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor to support overall team efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and common troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work independently and respond effectively under pressure.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and be available for emergency call-outs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,200.00 per month
