Summary
We are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with great negotiation skills to join our team. Our teams success starts with our staff, and the pre-suit attorney will be a major part of the teams success and help foster quality results amongst the paralegals also on their team.

Responsibilities
- Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work
- Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval
- Guide clients through the case process
- Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
- Complete TD approval for liability issues
- Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
- Manage the release approval process
- Manage a team of Case Managers
- Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotive
- Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
- EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements
Requirements
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association
- 2-5 years of personal injury experience
- Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
- Strong negotiating skills

Location: Hybrid and requires three days in office and two from home each week.
