About this Role

WSP's Building Services team operates nationally, driven by passionate leadership, cutting-edge projects, and a culture of innovative, collaborative problem-solving. This position is based in our Adelaide office, where the team combines deep industry expertise with ambitious mid-career professionals who are shaping the local market.

The Adelaide team is engaged in high-profile, complex, and long-term projects while actively expanding its portfolio. Due to the strength and stability of the team, openings are rare; however, we're currently seeking an experienced Hydraulic Engineer with a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your technical expertise and grow your career within a highly respected and supportive environment.

As Hydraulic Engineer, you'll:

• Lead innovative design efforts on diverse projects.
• Coordinate with dynamic multidisciplinary teams to deliver top-notch outcomes to our clients
• Manage engineering projects with precision and excellence.
• Build strong client relationships and impress with your consulting skills.
• Mentor junior engineers, expanding your professional network.
• Contribute to strategic goals and drive transformative progress.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 4 years experience in Hydraulic Engineering within a Building Services Consultancy
• A great thinker and communicator who can ignite their career and bring dynamic ideas to life.
• A passion for innovation, teamwork, and sustainability.
• Exceptional consulting skills and a drive to impress clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (or related field).
