Job Title: IBM Cloud Pak for Data Administrator (CP4D) – Remote India

Job Type: Long-term Contract (30 Months)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D) Administrators to provide offshore operational support for a global enterprise data governance environment. The role involves hands-on operational oversight of CP4D and related data catalog & metadata tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24×7 L1/L2/L3 operational support
• Administer CP4D environments & related components (IGC, IKC, Manta)
• Manage OpenShift clusters running CP4D workloads in Azure (ARO)
• Handle platform patching, upgrades & maintenance
• Perform backup/restore operations and ensure availability
• Troubleshoot data lineage, metadata & integration issues
• Maintain SOPs, documentation & automation scripts
• Coordinate with IBM, client & platform engineering teams
• Ensure governance, compliance & platform security

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D)
• Experience with IGC, IKC, Manta metadata management tools
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift and Azure ARO
• Familiarity with ITIL processes
• Solid troubleshooting & analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with enterprise-scale metadata & governance platforms
