ICU Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including monitoring, medication administration, and treatments

- Assess and respond to patient needs, including emergencies and code situations

- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Participate in patient care rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings

- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

- BSc Nursing or equivalent degree

- ICU experience preferred

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
