Job Description: The Remote ID Verification Officer is responsible for verifying customer identities through online video calls in compliance with relevant regulations. They ensure that the verification process is secure, efficient, and in line with the company’s regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct online video calls with customers for identity verification in line with company procedures.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards for remote identification.

• Accurately record and maintain verification documentation.

• Provide feedback and support to customers during the verification process.

• Ensure that the video verification process is conducted in a secure and confidential manner.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Turkish with strong proficiency in English.

• Training in remote identity verification processes and online communication tools.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of the relevant legal provisions for remote identity verification.

• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
