Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design, proficiency in WordPress, and expertise in HTML, CSS, and jQuery to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites.

Responsibilities

UI/UX Design:

• Develop and implement innovative and user-centric design solutions for websites and web applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
  
  

Website Development

• Utilize WordPress to design and customize responsive and dynamic websites.
• Implement and maintain website features and functionality to enhance the user experience.
• Front-End Development:
• Code and implement responsive and pixel-perfect HTML and CSS for web pages.
• Enhance interactivity and user engagement through the use of jQuery and other front-end technologies.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and content creators, to ensure cohesive design and functionality.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to meet project goals.
  
  

Quality Assurance

• Conduct thorough testing of websites to ensure compatibility, responsiveness, and overall quality.
• Identify and address design-related issues and bugs.
• Staying Current:
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices.
• Continuously refine and improve design processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
• Proficiency in WordPress customization and theme development.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and jQuery for front-end development.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other CMS platforms and e-commerce solutions.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
