Immersive Design (AR/VR) Traineeship

About the Role

We are looking for an Immersive Design (AR/ VR) Trainee who is excited to explore the future of fashion, digital environments, and interactive storytelling. This role goes beyond traditional design, giving you the chance to shape AR try-ons, VR runways, 3D shopping spaces, and metaverse-inspired brand experiences. You will collaborate with our design, tech, and marketing teams to create immersive worlds that connect people with fashion in new ways. This is an unpaid traineeship program (6-8 Weeks) where you will gain hands-on experience.

**Only students or recent graduates pursuing/completed a Master’s in Immersive Design, AR/ VR Design, Interaction Design, and or relevant fields may apply. Selection will be based on interview performance. Candidates must be available for full-time (Remote) traineeship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing interactive AR/VR experiences for fashion, retail, and community.
• Work on 3D garment visualization, avatars, and virtual dressing rooms.
• Support in building VR showrooms, fashion runways, and immersive brand narratives.
• Explore spatial design, interaction design, and digital storytelling for immersive platforms.
• Collaborate with developers and 3D artists to prototype and test immersive experiences.
• Research emerging immersive technologies (XR, metaverse, mixed reality) and their application in fashion.
• Prepare concept demos, prototypes, and immersive experience decks.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Passion for immersive design, digital fashion, and virtual environments.
• Familiarity with 3D/AR/VR tools (Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender, Clo3D, SparkAR, etc.).
• Understanding of UX/UI for spatial and interactive design.
• Strong visualization and storytelling skills.
• Ability to think creatively about how people experience fashion digitally.
• Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to experiment in new mediums.
