Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic legal counsel to corporate and individual clients on business immigration matters, including EB-1A, NIW, PERM, EB-5, and O-1 cases.
  • Independently manage complete case lifecycle from initial assessment through final approval.
  • Draft, review, and finalize all case documentation, including petitions, legal briefs, supporting evidence, and RFE responses with comprehensive legal arguments.
  • Prepare and submit appeals with well-researched and persuasive legal strategies.
  • Stay current with immigration law changes and regulatory updates; advise clients on impacts and strategic adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the immigration team to maintain quality standards, streamline processes, and deliver superior client service.

Requirements:

  • J.D. or LL.M. from an accredited U.S. law school
  • Active bar admission in any U.S. state
  • 3-5 years of business immigration law experience with a proven track record in complex case management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high professional standards
  • Strong analytical, research, and advocacy abilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, with exceptional legal writing and communication skills

Work Environment

  • Location: DTLA
  • Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
