We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal (SP/EN) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping immigrants navigate the U.S. immigration system.

About the Role

As an Immigration Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting our attorneys with complex immigration matters, ensuring all filings are accurate, timely, and fully compliant with immigration law.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare petitions, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and case analysis for attorneys
• Assist with complex case filings, including asylum, waivers, and employment-based visas
• Communicate with clients and government agencies (e.g., USCIS, NVC, EOIR) on case matters
• Monitor changes in immigration law and help update internal policies and procedures
• Train and mentor junior legal assistants and case managers
• Review case filings for accuracy and compliance with immigration laws
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation and hearings
• Maintain organized and up-to-date case files and deadlines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless, client-centered experience

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal
• Prior experience in U.S. immigration law required (business immigration is a plus)
• Bilingual (required): Native-level or advanced Spanish & English (SP/EN)
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with legal software such as Clio is a strong plus

• Compensation: $60,000–$68,000 per year (based on experience)
