Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through visa and immigration processes while achieving monthly sales targets. You will play a key role in advising clients, assessing eligibility, providing transparent guidance, and ensuring a smooth documentation and application experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and communicate with potential clients through calls, walk-ins, social media leads, referrals, and marketing channels.
• Provide professional consultation on immigration programs (Canada, Australia, Europe, UK, USA, Schengen, Work visas, PR pathways, etc.).
• Assess client eligibility based on documents, profile, and visa requirements.
• Present immigration options, processing steps, timelines, and fees clearly to clients.
• Follow up on leads, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Guide clients through documentation, application forms, and submission processes.
• Coordinate with the processing team, ensure accuracy of client files, and manage updates throughout the visa process.
• Maintain CRM records, client progress, and daily activity reports.
• Build long-term client relationships through trust, customer service, and genuine guidance.
• Stay updated on immigration rules, program changes, and new opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in immigration sales or similar customer-facing roles (preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasive sales skills.
• Ability to explain complex visa processes in a simple way.
• Excellent customer handling, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Basic computer skills (CRM, email, MS Office).
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.

Working Hours:
