Job Title
As an Implementation Specialist for Amadeus Revenue Integrity (ARI), you will lead the migration and deployment of ARI products for ALTEA carriers. This role involves coordinating implementation activities, providing functional support, and ensuring successful cutovers while collaborating with airline engineers and internal teams to deliver optimal product configurations aligned with business needs.
Implementation Activities
Take end-to-end responsibility for ARI migration strategy and execution.
Coordinate and execute implementation plans, including cutover rehearsals and production cutovers.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer implementation plans.
Identify and resolve showstoppers by coordinating with relevant teams.
Deliver customer training sessions and workshops as required.
Provide functional expertise during and after implementation.
Organize and execute testing with customers to validate configurations.
Offer problem resolution and ongoing functional support.
Organize and execute implementation schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
Provide formal status updates, KPIs, and customer feedback to management.
Identify risks, anticipate issues, and propose solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.
Understand architecture and deployment of Azure components.
Work with Linux OS and shell commands.
Utilize DevOps tools such as Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with middleware components like Redis, Kafka, Couchbase.
Experience in Agile and SAFe environments is a plus.
Experience Range: 6-9 years in airline domain, with mandatory reservation domain experience.
Strong understanding of Amadeus Airline IT business; experience with Altea Inventory products (Revenue Integrity, RMS, Reservation) is a plus.
Hands-on experience with Azure, Linux, DevOps tools, and container orchestration platforms.
Excellent communication and coordination skills for customer-facing interactions.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and anticipate risks.
Willingness to travel globally for customer engagements.
Collaborative mindset with experience in Agile methodologies.
