Job Description
We are hiring an Implementation Specialist to support UKG Ready HRIS deployments for a fast-growing cloud-based HCM solutions provider. The Implementation Specialist will lead system configurations, support HR teams through onboarding to various HRIS modules with a focus on core HR, Onboarding, and Recruiting, and ensure smooth, accurate, and timely implementations. This full-time role is fully remote, working standard EST hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support UKG Ready HRIS implementations from planning through go-live
  • Configure and customize UKG Ready forms based on organizational needs
  • Collaborate with HR teams on Benefits, Onboarding, Offboarding, Performance, and Recruitment modules
  • Provide guidance on best practices to optimize HR processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system or configuration issues
  • Document workflows and assist with end-user training

Required Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years of active HRIS implementation experience with UKG Ready core HR
  • Strong HR knowledge across Benefits, Onboarding, Offboarding, Performance Reviews, and Recruitment
  • Hands-on experience creating and managing custom UKG Ready forms
  • Proficiency in HRIS integrations and process optimization
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM certification
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments

Compensation & Schedule

  • $85,000–$95,000 per year
  • Full-time, remote
  • Standard EST hours (9–5)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
