Import Export Executive

We are looking for " Import-Export Executive " for the growing organization of our multinational customer working in the field of Switchgear Products and Industrial Automation Products.

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 4 years experiences in international trade, import&export&logistics operations

• Advanced level of English both written and spoken.

• Experience with freight forwarding, sea/air/land logistics, and international documentation

• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage sensitive timelines and multi-country operations independently

JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordinate import operations including customs, bonded warehouse entries, and goods clearance

Organize and follow up export shipments to regional customers, including sea/air/land freight

Manage micro-export processes and support occasional transit trade transactions

Handle original documentation (PI, CI, PL) and dispatches to clients

Follow up on returns, overstock corrections, and reverse logistics

Liaise with customs brokers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery

Prepare regular operational reports and documentation packages for HQ and local compliance

Ensure smooth communication with international offices and maintain shipment records
