We are a growing hospitality brand seeking an in-house expert to lead our marketing efforts across web, social, and search. If you understand how to fill rooms, grow direct bookings, and build a memorable brand online, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan to increase direct bookings, brand awareness, and repeat guests.
  • Plan and manage seasonal campaigns, promotions, and special offers across all channels.

Website, SEO & Content

  • Optimize our website for SEO (on-page and off-page) including keyword research, meta tags, internal linking, and site structure.
  • Write and edit high-quality blogs, landing pages, and web copy focused on hospitality, travel, wellness, and guest experiences.
  • Monitor and improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversion rates using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.

Social Media & Organic Growth

  • Create and execute a social media content calendar (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) aligned with our brand voice and guest profile.
  • Write captions, choose visuals, and post consistently to grow an engaged community.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, hospitable manner.
  • Work with photography/video teams (or shoot simple content yourself) to produce reels, stories, and UGC-style content.

Paid Ads & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads/Google AdWords campaigns (Search, Display, Brand campaigns) focused on bookings and inquiries.
  • Track performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions) and adjust campaigns to meet targets.
  • Coordinate retargeting and remarketing strategies to bring past visitors back.

Brand & Reputation

  • Ensure brand consistency across all online touchpoints (website, OTAs, social media, email, print).
  • Help manage online reputation on platforms like Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, and OTAs by monitoring and responding to reviews.
  • Collaborate with operations/guest services to turn real guest experiences into strong stories and testimonials.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience in hospitality (hotel, resort, inn, vacation rentals, wellness retreat, or similar).
  • Proven hands-on experience with:
  • SEO (technical and content)
  • Blog/content writing
  • Google Ads/Google AdWords
  • Social media management for a brand (not just personal accounts)
  • Strong writing skills with excellent grammar and hospitality-appropriate tone.
  • Comfortable using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, social insights, etc.).
  • Understanding of booking funnels, direct booking strategies, and basic CRO (conversion rate optimization).
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with ownership and on-site team.

Bonus (not required, but a plus):

  • Experience with hospitality booking engines or PMS/Channel Managers.
  • Experience with email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar).
  • Familiarity with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
