· About the Role:

· As an Inbound Customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our UK clients, providing exceptional service and managing their travel needs efficiently. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses.

· Key Responsibilities:

· · Handle inbound calls from UK customers in a professional and friendly manner.

· · Efficiently manage airport transfers, local taxi bookings, and service inquiries.

· · Accurately process bookings via phone, email, and online systems using client-provided software.

· · Provide accurate price quotations and resolve customer queries effectively.

· · Liaise with clients, colleagues, and drivers to ensure seamless service delivery.

· Who You Are (Requirements):

*

· · Minimum 2 years of experience in a UK-based taxi/cab call centre is essential.

· · Excellent communication skills with a clear and neutral British accent.

· · Proven experience in customer service and conflict resolution.

· · Proficiency with taxi booking software, preferably iCabbi Experience

· · A problem-solver with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· · Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work according to the shift schedule .
