About the Team
The Team serves as the engine behind a best-in-class online shopping experience — ensuring that every product listed is accurate and enriched. We focus on driving the integrity and discoverability of millions of SKUs across our expanding marketplace platform.
I. Job Summary:
The Analyst, Marketplace Management, is responsible for managing the end-to-end catalog lifecycle, ensuring item data accuracy and completeness across all required and recommended attributes, including categorization and images. This role involves partnering with Senior Analysts and Seller Account Management Teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and to address data or operational issues as they arise. The ideal candidate will play a key role in upholding the Lowe’s brand and delivering a seamless customer experience through meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a solid foundation in digital business or merchandise operations. Experience in home improvement or digital retail is highly valued.
