Indoor Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a young, energetic "go-getter" to join our team as an Indoor Sales Executive. This role requires proficiency in verbal and written English communication, excellent skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, and a good understanding of Tally software. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a strong drive to excel in sales. Previous indoor sales experience in the UAE is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day administration tasks, including using Tally software to access product availability, pricing, and other information needed for customer quotes.
• Communicate and maintain relationships with existing customers via email and phone calls, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative documents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base through advertising our products and services and securing new business deals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
• Good communication skills required for calling and emailing clients.
• Strong command of Microsoft Word and Excel for administrative tasks.
• Good knowledge of Tally software for inventory management and sales reporting.
• Previous indoor sales experience in the UAE is an added advantage.

Additional Information:

• Salary package: AED 2000-4000, depending on skills, plus sales incentives.
• Transport allowance within Sharjah will be provided.
• Visa and other benefits will be provided after the probation period.
• This is a fully on-site job.
