Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative Industrial Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creativity and technical skills, enabling them to design functional and aesthetically pleasing products. As an Industrial Designer, you will be responsible for transforming concepts into tangible designs that meet user needs while adhering to industry standards. This role requires collaboration with engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are not only visually appealing but also practical and manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop product concepts through sketches, CAD models, and prototypes
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and brand alignment
• Conduct user research and trend analysis to inform design decisions
• Use 3D modelling software (e.g., Solid Works, Rhino, Fusion 360) to produce detailed designs
• Prepare visual presentations and design documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to product innovation strategies
• Support development of prototypes for testing and feedback

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in industrial or product design (entry-level candidates will also be considered for junior roles)
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Solid Works, Rhino, or similar
• Strong sketching, rendering, and visualisation skills
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and material properties
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with 3D printing or rapid prototyping
• Knowledge of sustainability and Eco-design principles
• Familiarity with UX/UI design is a plus
