Industrial Electrician (Diploma) – Factory/Industrial Machinery

We are seeking a Diploma-holder Industrial Electrician with 1–2+ years of experience in factory or industrial environments. The ideal candidate should be familiar with production machinery, motors, control panels, and general electrical maintenance in factories.

Responsibilities:

Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of factory machines and equipment.

Install and maintain motors, control panels, wiring, sensors, and power systems.

Identify and fix machine breakdown issues quickly to reduce downtime.

Conduct routine preventive maintenance on all electrical and mechanical systems.

Assist in machine installation, testing, and commissioning.

Ensure compliance with factory safety standards and electrical regulations.

Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

1–2+ years of hands-on experience as an electrician in a factory or industrial setup.

Knowledge of industrial machines, motors, and basic PLC operations is an advantage.

Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
