Job Title: Staff Nurse

Job Summary

The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing basic medical care and first aid to employees within the factory premises. The role involves managing the health center, maintaining health records, and supporting the company’s health and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid treatment to workers in case of injuries or health complaints
• Maintain employee medical records and daily patient log
• Monitor and report on the general health of employees
• Handle medical emergencies and coordinate with hospitals if necessary
• Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the onsite medical room
• Educate employees on hygiene, health, and basic wellness practices
• Assist during health camps, doctor visits, and vaccinations organized by the company
• Ensure stock of basic medicines and medical supplies
• Report workplace accidents and health incidents to HR and safety teams

Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institute
• Valid nursing registration (preferred)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an industrial or clinical setting
• Basic knowledge of first aid and industrial safety practices
• Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergencies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
