Role Overview

We're looking for an Affiliate Manager to grow and manage our affiliate and partnership programs. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building strong relationships that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Wedded Wonderland affiliate network and partnerships.
• Recruit, onboard, and support new affiliate partners.
• Monitor affiliate performance, track sales, and optimise campaigns for ROI.
• Develop creative strategies to increase affiliate engagement and revenue.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align affiliate promotions with brand campaigns.
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.

Requirements

• 1-3 years' experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or digital marketing.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience using affiliate platforms and tracking tools (e.g., Impact, Rakuten, ShareASale, or similar).
• Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Passion for weddings, lifestyle, and digital media.
