About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Influencer Marketing Associate to support and manage collaborations with creators. This role involves outreach, coordination, tracking, and helping scale our influencer network across Instagram and YouTube. Key

Responsibilities

• Identify and shortlist influencers.

• Handle outreach via email, DMs, and WhatsApp for collaborations.

• Maintain influencer databases, negotiation details, and campaign sheets.

• Coordinate product dispatch, tracking, and follow-up for content submissions.

• Track performance metrics (views, reach, engagement, content quality).

• Help ideate campaign concepts with the marketing team.

• Support in event-based influencer engagement activities.

• Prepare weekly reports and insights on campaign performance.

Requirements

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Interest in influencer marketing, content trends, and social media.

• Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and creator content formats.
