We are a global influencer marketing agency working with brands in travel, tech, SaaS, gaming, lifestyle, and entertainment. We manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, helping brands collaborate with high-performing creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

We’re looking for a motivated Influencer Partnerships Intern who wants to learn, grow, and become an essential part of our influencer operations team.

Role Overview

As an Influencer Partnerships Intern, you will assist in finding influencers, reaching out to them, coordinating communication, and helping manage deliverables for multiple live campaigns.
This role is perfect for someone who is organised, loves social media, and wants hands-on experience in the influencer marketing industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Sourcing & Outreach

  • Research influencers based on campaign requirements.
  • Create shortlists of relevant creators.
  • Assist in outreach via email, DMs, and influencer platforms.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with creators and managers.

Campaign Support

  • Help track deliverables, posting dates, and content submissions.
  • Update campaign sheets and internal dashboards regularly.
  • Collect and organise content drafts, approvals, and influencer details.
  • Gather insights and screenshots after influencers post their content.

Negotiation & Coordination Support

  • Assist in negotiating deliverables, timelines, and basic rates.
  • Support in drafting agreements and ensuring all terms are recorded.
  • Communicate with creators to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain databases of influencers, pricing, deliverables, and communication.
  • Help with contract tracking, invoices, and documentation.
  • Provide daily updates to the team on outreach and progress.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, and creator partnerships.
  • Good communication skills (English writing and speaking).
  • Basic understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and creator content formats.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, and basic tracking tools.
  • Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,242.88 per month
